Jared Lee Loughner Burning The American Flag

Here is Jared Lee Loughner, the 22-year old male who shot Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, bleeding 12 and killed 6, together with the sovereign decider yesterday burning the American dwindle in the video he uploaded to Youtube. He had during slightest two Youtube accounts and uploaded the video to one of these accounts and favorite the video upon the second comment with his name. This is similar to one of the creepiest video ever, can someone explain to me why he is wearing rubbish bags as pants?
